We provide snow removal as needed. On a typical contract, snow removal is triggered once a certain amount of snow falls; for example, if the forecast calls for 5 cm of snowfall, it could trigger snow removal. Snowfall triggers provide an excellent balance between the convenience of having your snow removed when necessary and the convenience of not having snow plows on your property when you don’t need them. We also provide as-needed snow removal services; it all depends on the contract! 

The time it takes for snow removal varies depending on a number of different factors, including parking lot size, obstructions like islands and curbs, the number and size of walkways and entryways that need to be cleared, the depth of the snow, and more.

Typically, a small parking lot will take us about 45 minutes to clear, while a medium-sized lot (of about 100 spaces) will take us an hour and a half. Larger properties like malls will take much longer to clear, with an average clearing time of about 4 hours.

We aim to clear snow within 4 to 6 hours of snowfall, depending on your contract. In some cases, we may begin plowing snow in the middle of a storm in order to prevent too much snow from accumulating on your property.
