Landscape Team Leader

$22–$28/hr

Lead a small crew. Keep projects moving. Set the standard.

Ideal for an experienced leader who takes ownership.

Experience

Proven hands-on experience in landscaping, construction, or property maintenance
Strong understanding of job site workflow, sequencing, and daily task management
Solid knowledge of grading, base preparation, material installation, and finishing standards
Confidence operating construction equipment and landscape tools
Ability to read and follow project plans, drawings, and work orders

Leadership

Ability to lead a small crew while maintaining morale and productivity
Clear communication with crew members and management
Ability to train and mentor Landscape Technicians
Decisive leader who keeps production moving
Professional conduct with clients, public, and employees
Accountability for performance, cleanliness, and equipment care

Important Skills

Exceptional communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making on site
