Landscape Team Leader
Lead a small crew. Keep projects moving. Set the standard.
Ideal for an experienced leader who takes ownership.
Experience
- Proven hands-on experience in landscaping, construction, or property maintenance
- Strong understanding of job site workflow, sequencing, and daily task management
- Solid knowledge of grading, base preparation, material installation, and finishing standards
- Confidence operating construction equipment and landscape tools
- Ability to read and follow project plans, drawings, and work orders
Leadership
- Ability to lead a small crew while maintaining morale and productivity
- Clear communication with crew members and management
- Ability to train and mentor Landscape Technicians
- Decisive leader who keeps production moving
- Professional conduct with clients, public, and employees
- Accountability for performance, cleanliness, and equipment care
Important Skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making on site
- Safe work practices and safety enforcement
